Returns

Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns. If you would like to make a return, email us at service@napretty.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. napretty will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.**All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.

Exchange

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
