30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Napretty, your satisfaction is our priority. Because nail stickers, wraps, and press-on nails are personal care products, we have specific hygiene standards for returns.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unopened, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Hygiene seals must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at service@napretty.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Shipping & Fees
- **Defective / Damaged items**: We cover return shipping costs.
- **Change of mind / Customer preference**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- **Restocking Fees**: There is NO restocking fee charged.

5. Return Process
1. Contact us at service@napretty.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will provide our return shipping address and instructions.
3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
